1. No Refunds for Change of Mind

Due to the hygienic nature of our products, we do not offer refunds for change of mind, wrong purchases, or personal preference once the product has been shipped.

2. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds are only applicable under the following conditions:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or wrong item.
  • The item is unused, in its original packaging, and returned within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • Proof of purchase is provided (receipt or order confirmation).

3. Non-Refundable Conditions

We cannot process refunds in the following cases:

  • Product has been used, installed, or altered
  • Product is returned without original packaging
  • Damage caused by improper handling or installation by the customer
  • More than 7 days have passed since you received the item
  • Custom or special order items.

5. Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrectly sent.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

6. Exchanges
